Josiah Diaz is a former U.S. Border Patrol agent with 10+ years in the mortgage business. In 2019 he left federal service to lend full time, and he has built his career helping investors, law enforcement, veterans, and their families get deals done. He invests in real estate himself, so he knows the difference between a loan that looks good on paper and one that actually works for the deal.
